Few can resist the silken texture and elegant look of wooden kitchenware. But beauty has its price: it takes a little work to keep wood products from splitting and cracking. Snow River, which has made wood bowls and other products for 20 years, designed this food-safe mineral oil especially for kitchenware. To use it, simply wipe the wood product with a damp cloth to clean it after use, and then dry immediately. Then brush on a coat of this wood oil with a soft cloth, wiping off excess oil. For best results, repeat the oiling process after at least the first 5 to 6 times a product is used.
